What should I do if I'm missing a piece?

Oh no! If a piece is missing from your game, don’t worry—we’ll make it right.

  1. Submit a missing piece request:
    Use our support form https://forms.gle/yegUa9E1BF8L9FyYA

    • The name of the game

    • What piece(s) are missing

    • Your shipping address

    • A photo of what you received (if possible—it helps us a lot!)

  2. What happens next:

    • We’ll review your request and, if everything checks out, ship your missing pieces within 21 days.

    • If we're out of stock or need more details, we’ll get in touch with you directly.

  3. Good to know:

    • Replacements for missing pieces are completely free.

    • You can always shoot us an email if you want to add more info later.
