Can I change the shipping address for my pledge?

If the project has not entered the fulfillment stage yet, we are very likely able to help with changing your shipping address. 

 

We typically post in the project updates when we will lock shipping address. If we haven’t locked the shipping addresses yet on the pledge manager, you should be able to self change the shipping address in the pledge manager as long as it remains within the same shipping zone. 


If the new shipping address is in a different shipping zone, you will need to contact us to manually change the shipping address. 

 

What if your pledge has already been shipped?

Our warehouses work quickly to fulfill campaigns. As a result, if your order has already entered the fulfillment process at the warehouse, we’re unable to make changes to order details, including the shipping address. 

 

If you have received a tracking label, then we unfortunately are no longer able to change the shipping address of the parcel since it has already been processed by the warehouse. We suggest you directly reach out to the shipping courier to redirect the parcel or contact the current residents of the address. If the parcel is returned to the warehouse, we can reship it to you for a fee.
